Bodywork Modalities
Want to feel your best?
No fluff. No routine. Just deep targeted bodywork and attentive care.
Myofascial Release
Uses sustained pressure and stretch into the connective tissue system to address restrictions caused by trauma, postural imbalances, surgery, injuries, or inflammation.
This therapy aims to relax contracted muscles and fascia, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles. Improves flexibility, pain, and can reduce scar tissue adhesion’s among other ailments.
CranioSacral Therapy
CST is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases fascial tensions in the craniosacral system deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system, cranium, and sacrum.
Integrative Massage
For being a massage therapist, your classic massage is the thing I tend to do the least of in my practice. Sometimes though, a really nurturing therapeutic massage is just what you need.
My style is typically much slower paced than typical massages: specific, deep, and focused.
Can be used as a collaborative, supportive addition to conventional medical treatments for alleviating illness, injury, pain, stress, aiding soft tissue healing, and revitalizing the body. I integrate cupping into my sessions as needed.
