Integrative Massage

For being a massage therapist, your classic massage is the thing I tend to do the least of in my practice. Sometimes though, a really nurturing therapeutic massage is just what you need.

My style is typically much slower paced than typical massages: specific, deep, and focused.

Can be used as a collaborative, supportive addition to conventional medical treatments for alleviating illness, injury, pain, stress, aiding soft tissue healing, and revitalizing the body. I integrate cupping into my sessions as needed.
